What we bake

Three things, done properly.

We keep the menu small so we can keep it good. Here's what comes out of the oven at Honeywheel.

01 — Bread

Naturally-leavened sourdough

A long, cold ferment and a wild starter we've kept alive since day one. Open crumb, blistered crust, a little tang. Baked daily and best the day you take it home.

  • Country boule
  • Seeded rye
  • Whole wheat
  • Baguettes

02 — Pastry

Laminated & morning pastries

Real butter, folded the slow way. We viennoiserie in the small hours so the case is full when we open, and we bake through the morning while it lasts.

  • Butter croissant
  • Almond & chocolate
  • Cardamom morning bun
  • Seasonal danish
  • Scones

03 — Cakes

Custom cakes, for your day

Birthdays, weddings, or a regular Tuesday that deserves cake. Pick a flavor and a size and we'll build it. Custom cakes need 72 hours' notice — a little more for tiered and wedding work.
